By downloading or using cubby, you agree to these terms.

Description

cubby is a household inventory and shopping list app for iOS. It lets you track item status (stocked, low, out) and share a pantry with household members via iCloud.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use cubby for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your Data

Your data is stored on your device and optionally synced via Apple iCloud. You are responsible for your iCloud account and backups. Marcbex does not store or have access to your data.

Disclaimer

cubby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Marcbex LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of cubby, including but not limited to loss of data.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
